We will happily accept returns on all full-price items for an exchange or refund within 21 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that sale items can only be exchanged.

We will offer 1 free exchange per order for all Australian orders. Any additional exchanges will require a new order to be placed. Due to the turnaround time, if you need a new item faster, we recommend placing a new order. However, in this instance, the customer will be responsible for any applicable postage costs.

*Where an item is being exchanged for a different size in the same colour and style, the original purchase price will apply and no additional payment is required.

*Where an item is being exchanged for a different colour or style, the purchase price of the new item will apply and additional payment may be required.

Once we have received your return, you will be notified via email. We will then refund the cost of the returned item/s and a new order containing the exchanged item/s will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

    3. Select the reason for returning and a return option, then submit your request.
    4. Write your name and reference number(s) on the returns form included with your purchase.
    5. Securely pack your item(s), along with the returns form and post to:

All returned items must be in their original condition; unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached.

When trying on clothing, please try to avoid contact with make-up and deodorant. We may not be able to accept items that are damaged or marked.

When returning items, please ensure they are safely wrapped and packaged. We recommend insuring the return parcel or using a tracking service as we cannot guarantee the safety of items being returned and cannot accept responsibility for items until we have received them.

Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and a confirmation email will be sent at this time. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information within 48 hours of receipt.

Please note that refunds issued will not include any postage costs, unless your product is faulty.
